This year’s Insomnia will take place on Wednesday, 16th December 2026, 8.30pm to 11.30pm.

We know you love to dress up – it’s black tie and party dresses! Trainers totally allowed (and encouraged).

Tickets are £64 (inclusive of £4 booking fee).  This includes exclusive entry to this epic club night, live DJ beats, sweet treats as well as unlimited soft drinks all evening long.

As many as you want until they are sold out.  For ease, we have limited it to 2 tickets in any one transaction. You can make as many transactions as you like until all the tickets are gone.

A waiting list will open after the second ticket release and the event has sold out. Just add your details and we will contact you if a ticket becomes available.

When booking tickets for your child or on behalf of friends, please have the following details ready:

• Parent/Guardian: Full name, email address, and mobile number

• Teen Attendee: First name, surname, school, and Year group

• Responsible Adult on the Night: Full name and emergency contact number for each child

This information is essential to ensure a safe and well-organised event.

All teenagers must be escorted to the nightclub entrance.

Doors open at 8.30pm.  Guests will be checked for valid tickets and for alcohol or illegal substances.  Whilst there may be a queue, we will do our best to get everyone into the venue as quickly as possible.

• Valid Ticket Required
  Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket purchased in advance through our official website.

• Wristbands & Security Checks
  Guests with valid tickets who pass security checks will be issued a wristband upon entry.

• Security Screening
  All guests will be checked on arrival. This includes bag and clothing searches for alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, and illegal substances. To ensure the safety of everyone, any guest who refuses to cooperate will not be admitted.

• Parental Consent
  By purchasing a ticket and allowing your teenager to attend, you are providing consent for them to be searched as part of our safety procedures.

• Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Alcohol: Any guest found to be intoxicated or attempting to bring alcohol into the venue will be refused entry and must be collected immediately.

  • Drugs/Illegal Substances: Possession or use will result in immediate police involvement.

• Right to Refuse Entry
  Vinyl Nightclub and Glow Events reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at their discretion.

Teenagers may only be collected by the responsible adult named on the booking.

Please ensure you are ready to collect your child promptly at 11.30pm when the party ends.

All teenagers must be collected by a responsible adult at the end of the party.

Anyone who chooses to leave before the event finishes does so at their own risk. Please note that re-entry will not be permitted once a guest has left the venue.

Yes, we offer a free cloakroom for all guests. However, as space is very limited, large bags are not permitted.

To keep things moving smoothly—especially at the end of the night—please limit the number of items left.

All belongings are left at the teenager’s own risk.

Top tip: With so many similar-looking jackets, please ensure yours is clearly named or easily identifiable to avoid mix-ups.

With over 30 years of experience, our team has successfully organised numerous events, including many high-profile occasions. As parents ourselves, we create Insomnia as an unforgettable club night experience for teens, whilst ensuring parents can feel confident their children are in a safe and secure environment. We are all DBS checked, of course, as are all the nightclub managers and security staff.  Vinyl have their own first aider onsite along with a dedicated first aid room in the, hopefully, unlikely event it is needed.

Tickets are non-refundable but they can be transferred.  If you need to transfer the ticket, you will be able to log into and amend the new guest’s details.

In the unlikely event Insomnia cannot take place on the scheduled date, we will notify you with the alternative date as soon as possible.

Yes!  We know teens love capturing the moment. There will be a professional photographer at the party. After the event, we will share the photos with you.

Glow Events and Vinyl Nightclub operate a strict zero-alcohol policy. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Any guest suspected of intoxication or found in possession of alcohol will be denied entry or removed from the event. They will be placed in a supervised waiting area and must be collected immediately by a parent or the designated responsible adult.

Our fully trained security team will conduct checks upon arrival and will monitor guests throughout the evening to ensure everyone’s safety.

Please note: Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the nightclub. Any vapes or nicotine products found will be confiscated and will not be returned.

We appreciate your full support in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

The possession or use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any such incident will result in immediate police intervention.

Glow Events reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Glow Events event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Glow Events may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Glow Events including but not limited to websites, promotions, social media etc. This includes photographs and videos taken by a professional photographer.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

Any person or organisation not affiliated with Glow Events may not use, copy, alter or modify Glow Events photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Glow Events.

Please note that strobe lighting will be used throughout the evening. This may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or other conditions sensitive to flashing or intense lighting effects.

Vinyl Nightclub and Glow Events reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at their discretion.

While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and enjoyment of attendees, Glow Events accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
